Have you ever had this fashionable moment curvy divas? Visualize yourself in a great style-look but the fit is a problem because of how it looks on you.  As you know there are those days when you feel "fat" and nothing looks good enough!   Well, what could be a better camouflage  for those "What am I going to wear?" moments than a pair of jumpsuit! The look and cut of the jumpsuit is styled to fit us in all the right places. It will cover problem areas and make you feel great about your looks. Remember I shared my recent find in a Love it or Leave it article ?   I haven't worn this JLO design yet but plan to soon.  My waist is one of my problem areas and whenever I dress, I do so with care so that I have a better style look.   This jumpsuit gives the illusion of a smaller waist. The Palazzo design of the pants gives a leaner look.

If you had to have only one makeup for the rest of your life.  Or say you had to leave everything you own except take just one makeup item with you, what would it be? Lipstick? Lip gloss?  Facial Powder?  According to Megan Cahn, the writer of the article I read on Elle.com  who believes that most women makeup of choice would be the mascara.  So she has, with the help of beauty editors and staff from Elle Magazine, put together the 10 best mascaras there is out there for us women. How nice of her curvy divas! Of the ten selections she has made. I have chosen my three (3) favorite.  I haven't used any of these before and will definitely put the ones I like on my want list for this year! Recently I posted about my idea to wear what no one else would probably think about wearing outside as normal wear!   I decided to wear a swimsuit wrap as outerwear.   http://fabulouslycurvy.blogspot.com/2014/07/swimwear-as-outerwear.html My look was a pink yogo top I bought at Kohl's department store.  I chose that top because it was the same color as my swimsuit wrap and would make for a better style-look, in my opinion.  I wore capri leggings because while I love the idea of my outfit, walking around without something underneath, would not be a good thing!lol! I accessorize with gold filigree earrings, watch and ring.  To complete the look, I chose flip flops, in turquoise, a perfect match for my current nailpolish! Oh vey!! I'm so late in posting my looks for Tuesday and now we're almost over with Wednesday!!!! My apologies my curvy divas.  So today you get a treat...my lovely mug...yep, my cute face (~smile~) and two days of me wearing prints! As you saw in my last post about what I wore in a day, I added a bold printed scarf to my otherwise solid color outfit .  For Tuesday I wore  separates, a blouse I love in black and white print & one of my favorite skirts, also in black and white print.  I received so many compliments on that choice.  Everyone thought I was wearing a dress!  I took this photo at the end of the day... If we were to think the way so many designers and retailers "out there" do, one would think fat is NOT fashionable. However, I beg to differ and so will you I am sure curvy divas.   This sweater, flirty skirt, flats w/tights...styled out! Sure it may take more materials to make clothing for the larger size woman, but what's wrong with that?  Isn't it just a matter of supply and demand? Pretty much as it is in any given situation to say for example, the demand for materials to build bigger houses, or to design and build a much more advanced and high-tech equipment or vehicle....should I continue...?  You get the point?! It was almost time for me to get ready for Thanksgiving dinner at my daughter's house where she along with her fiance had prepared A feast for their invited guests.  I found myself knee-deep in my closet looking for an outfit that was not going to be overkill, or be too casual. Then I remembered my article about sweatshirts . ....(cue music) dun-dun-dun...I had the perfect outfit in mind!   The grey sweatshirt, lace-overlay skirt and necklace....I intended to re-create that look and I did!   I chose a lace-overlay black mini skirt with fringes , the type of fringe that moves when you do.   My grey sweatshirt that I've gotten so much "wear" out of since having it, a pair of black leggings , and my accessories were, a pair of tall boots , a silver statement choker necklace , silver hoops , my silver anniversary ring , and a flowered two-fingered style statement ring . I'm a big fan of making my hands even more beautiful when I accentuate with the use nail polish curvy divas .   Not just with accessories!  Do you do the same?  I literally change my nail color every week, yes, EVERY WEEK!  Why? Well, why not?!  No, seriously, I do it because it makes me feel good about myself, and it makes me happy, so indeed, why not?!  There were even colors I was trying to find, for example, Navy was one of them, and guess what I found the other day while browsing the Dollar Store aisle ...NAVY!!!!  Now, you might think to yourself, "The Dollar Store Aisle " To that I would again say...."Why not"?!!! What is that one style, that one fashionable trend that you love so much that you still do it today, and you're not planning on stopping curvy divas ?   For me that trend is layering a dress over pants (or leggings)!  It's something that I do quite often and I don't plan on stopping! One of the reasons I do it is because I don't like wearing dresses that are too short, and even if I do buy a short/mini dress, I'm going to wear it, but with pants, and sometimes leggings!  It is a comfortable and stylish go-to look for me! It is cold in Orlando today, COLD!!!! I've heard comments from some people that they don't remember it ever being this cold! Yep, welcome to Florida, one minute you're freezing your buns off; and in another minute, you might just be sunning those buns!   One thing I like to do curvy divas, is wear layers.  I think I've gotten it down to an art-form too.  You can do it too! Just grab any shirt, or blouse, and wear under a long-sleeved sweater.   I chose a pink man-style (but made for women) shirt which I had purchased at Macy's from the Ralph Lauren collection . I couldn't wait to share this curvy divas! I've been looking for a black and white stripe dress for the longest time.  I just couldn't find the perfect one!  Lo and behold, I found this dress on the rack at Kohl's!  It wasn't black and white, it was grey and black, but it looked good! I grabbed it off the rack and headed to the fitting room.  I didn't want it to be a figure hugging type of dress, so a fit was needed!   On closer inspection, I saw it was the Sonoma brand.  It was priced on sale at $39.99!!
