The late Leonard Nimoy "championed full-figured" women. He wanted women with full-figured bodies to not worry about what others, i.e., society thought of their looks and just be the beautiful human beings who God created them to be. He wanted them to "...be able to stand ... and present themselves to the world" just as they are. How beautiful is that?! I can't remember hearing about this book that the man who in my head will always and forever be Mr. Spock, "Live long and prosper" , (had to write that out loud ~smile~) published! Did you know this curvy divas? The book is entitled Full-figured Bodies , and from the photographs I have seen so far, the women he portrayed in the book are absolutely phenomenal and defies the stigma of society's depiction of beauty .
