This is the debut of a new feature on the blog that is called "Window Shopping" .  You may have remembered me mentioning that phrase before curvy divas?   Window shopping is when you go to the mall, or to your favorite store and try on clothes, just to see what they look like, but you don't buy them on that particular trip. Most times this is usually when you are feeling bored and you want to do an activity that will not just relieve boredom, you do it to lift your mood and what a great way to cheer yourself up! You might say, well, what is the point if you're not going to buy anything?  My hubs always ask this question when I say I'm going Window Shopping!lol! My usual response is "It's a woman thing and you wouldn't understand" .  However, for us and this new feature , Window Shopping will be a recognizance of sorts. Strolling around the stores for Fall the look is very familiar, prints were everywhere. On leggings, various tops, dresses, even on denim. The materials were also  quite familiar,  sateen, viscote, cotton mixed with polyester; or spandex, polyester type jagger pants, and yes, jogging & yoga pants too.   Dare I say VINTAGE is back!   That is exactly what this year's Fall Lookbook is, Vintage. Chain link belts, high-waisted jeans; even  dress trousers were high-waisted; and glitter the mainstay holiday trend was everywhere. Yes curvy divas, fashion has come full-circle and vintage have arrived in all its splendor , even more than in any other year it seems to me, although really, vintage never left the fashion world. Fashion left vintage on the floor for a while. But not anymore. The love affair is on again!  I've even spotted polyurethane military-style boots!  Yes, those cute plastic shoes even I used to wear back in the day! ...

I may have already shared with you that I wasn't a fan of skinny jeans , at least for me personally, in the beginning curvy divas .  However, since I finally gave in and bought one that was on sale at Kohl's, where else?! I love the pair I bought!    I forgot the price I purchased them on sale, however, I found some great looking skinny jeans for plus size online at kohls.com for you below! It is practically Summer isn't it curvy divas ?   I live in a sunny state, and it is that way 90% of the times.  We do however, have our rainy seasons, hurricanes, and even cold to freezing days!  Recently I decided it was time to put my boots and sweaters away.  After all, Spring has been here and is practically over!   I wanted something light, fun but work-worthy to wear to work and decided on a jacket that I happen to have two of, just because! You know, just because you love a style, and especially if it was on sale when you were purchasing it, why not get two..... "just because" !lol! It is cold in Orlando today, COLD!!!! I've heard comments from some people that they don't remember it ever being this cold! Yep, welcome to Florida, one minute you're freezing your buns off; and in another minute, you might just be sunning those buns!   One thing I like to do curvy divas, is wear layers.  I think I've gotten it down to an art-form too.  You can do it too! Just grab any shirt, or blouse, and wear under a long-sleeved sweater.   I chose a pink man-style (but made for women) shirt which I had purchased at Macy's from the Ralph Lauren collection . I couldn't wait to share this curvy divas! I've been looking for a black and white stripe dress for the longest time.  I just couldn't find the perfect one!  Lo and behold, I found this dress on the rack at Kohl's!  It wasn't black and white, it was grey and black, but it looked good! I grabbed it off the rack and headed to the fitting room.  I didn't want it to be a figure hugging type of dress, so a fit was needed!   On closer inspection, I saw it was the Sonoma brand.  It was priced on sale at $39.99!! You might know by now curvy divas,  Kohl's is one of my favorite stores to shop!  I love it because they carry fabulous names in fashion and fabulous finds for every sizes, including ours!  You have seen the other some of the clothes I've gotten from Kohl's but I've never shared my Vera Wang finds...um..not true, I just remembered, I did share it before!  My Vera Wang sheath dress (XL) from several seasons ago that I absolutely love to wear!  I paired it with leggings, (have worn with jeans or dress pants too)!
