Tis the season for brides, in fact, it really is ANY season that a bride to be chooses to get married.  However many weddings take place from Spring to Summer.  It must be something about the warm weather coming back, and flowers blooming with that scent in the air...could it be romance?! I took a  virtual walk over to glamour.com and found some really beautiful photos of bridal gowns in an article written by Glamour contributor Kim Fusaro , in her article featuring Barcelona's annual fashionable event, Bridal Week.

Remember last year I shared the news of the Curvy Girls makeover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue ?  Well, now it seems the people at Sports Illustrated have decided to have the gorgeous Ashley Graham in a Swimsuit for All advertisement. This ad with Ashley in the gorgeous black Swimsuit for All bikini will be featured in their annual swimsuit issue. It's great that a curvy full-figured woman is featured in Sports Illustrated, especially the famous swimsuit issue.  And yes, there's a but.....But just one ad? That's it, even if it's on two pages; or is that online?  Why not a photo shoot showing her beautiful curves featured with the other models?  Will men not lust after her too, or is her body too curvy?  Are her boobs too large?  Is she not pretty enough? I just a saw a photo of Jennifer Lopez' high ponytail top knot and I'm loving it!  Have you ever worn a top knot?  I do wear one often even when I'm all natural curls. It's the easiest way for me to tame my curls when I'm at home. I've even worn high pony top knot running errands.  It's never a perfect one though, in fact, the looser and less perfect my top knot is, the better.  I read Petra Gugliemetti's article on Glamour.com on how Jennifer Lopez' stylist does hers and think I may try it.   Of course Jennifer has much longer hair and it's also straight, so of course she will have much more hair in that look.   Do you know what her stylist does to perfect this look? As we continue into 2015  curvy divas, the fashion trends continue to have us scrambling watching for what's next, and what we will actually be trying and adding to our closets.  I'm going to be honest with you, denim was never a popular clothing choice for me when I could finally make my own fashion choices as a young woman. Unlike my friends, being on the other end of the curvy spectrum meant being the center of attention, not what I appreciated back in the day. As a grown up, when it comes to denim, I'm loving it a lot more and I've shown you how to cuff them, tell you what you might wear with them, and now I'm doing you one even better.  As I continue to follow the fashion trends, looking at what's in, new and continue to be popular, using Glamour Magazine's Leah Melby's article as inspiration for the latest on the denim trend. One dress, several different ways to wear it!  Here's a lace dress that I saw when reading an article on glamour.com from their article 30 November Outfit Ideas - showing you 30 outfits you can wear using several pieces from your wardrobe.  It's a great article, however, my favorite item is this lace dress: It is a great looking dress, in the perfect "neutral" color t hat will work with anything!  Did I mentioned that it was a lace dress?  It is!  Take a look at the different outfit combination and you know what curvy divas ?  I would wear them all!  Wouldn't you? This would be the going out anywhere, movies, a get-together or dinner look! Note the accessories! This would be the more glamourous look, formal party, an evening  at the theatre...what else? What made this look is the tone-on-tone look the shoes and the tulle underneath! Add a jacket of a buttoned down shirt underneath, and you are ready for the office, ...

I've always liked Victoria Beckham since her days as Posh Spice.  Because of my oldest daughter Jessica, I've loved the Spice Girls from their beginnings (and still do)!  I liked Victoria even more when she married one of the hottest guys in Soccer, David Beckham ~drool~! Then she became a designer and I liked her fashion sense!  Her designs are pretty much out of most budget friendly fashionista's reach.  But it doesn't hurt to love her style! I also found out she does make clothing for the curvy woman! Isn't that great curvy divas ?! I love her look in the outfit below . Those boots were definitely made for walking! Oh and by the way, that belt. ..I see her in it everywhere because it works with everything; and you know what?   I want one too! Are you feeling it yet?   That cold breeze nipping at you that makes you shiver~brrr~? Although I live in Florida curvy divas , it does get cooler here too.  Sometimes it gets really cold!  It has gotten as cold as 34 degrees, and for this warm weather climate, THAT is COLD!  Although I've lived in a colder climate before, I haven't lived in an extended cold climate for 10 years now. So, even feeling a bit of breeze at 50 degrees, is COLD to me ! Lauren Bernstein on Glamour.com/fashion wrote an article on the Best Sweater for Your Body Type and shared the best sweaters for us curvy girls , and every other body types should wear! We sometimes tend to over do it whenever we're trying to downplay our curves.  Some of us will wear clothing that is too large and loose, which tends to add too much volume to our shapes.
