Show Me Your Closet

You would think that by now, all of these retailers, designers and even so many of the fashion people "out there" would know what true plus size is.  It is NOT a size 8 or even a size 10.   It is definitely NOT a size 12, although many designers, retailers, and even some bloggers, declare a size 12 a plus size?  What?!  No way! A size 12 might be larger than a size 6,8, & 10, but a size 12 is regular size, read again, r-e-g-u-l-a-r s-i-z-e!!!! Please stop saying plus size begins at a size 12 because it does not.   Maternity clothing are for pregnant women, not women who happen to have a little fat around their tummy, or a bigger waistline!  Quit doing that, and you know who you are retailers! Last year I wrote an article entitled,   'The Perfect Transition Dress From Summer to Fall"    It was a dress by Anthropologie. The Anthropologie dress            Here's the dress by Target, a Merona brand plus size dress: There's actually a zipper on one of the shoulders, and the elbow sleeves or capped w/a cute epaulet button - Target buy here I loved the dress by Anthropologie, couldn't get that one, not in my size...so I was happy to see the Target brand, and on sale !!!! I've already worn it twice. Both casual looks.
