I've mentioned before curvy divas, that I do enjoy going to the Thrift Store , rummaging, looking, and seeing if there's anything that I might be interested in.  I haven't?  Hmmm, must have been on my personal blog!  My bad!  Anyway, one of the things I like to do is to also look for vintage curvy styles, or any curvy styles for that matter. I have a love of accessories that is beyond anything else (not counting my family, etc!). I love handbags, costume jewelery, etc.!  It doesn't matter to me if it's not brand name, although if it is, that's a major plus. Today I found two items that I liked a lot. Actually, four, but we're only going to look at two of them because the two I'm definitely keeping, a beautiful white Express tank in white (no photo yet) & a grey fitted jacket, less than $10 for both!!! Talk about shopping on a budget!lol! Now to the items that I'm on the fence about: I love silver usually, but don't mind gold

When you see something that "jumps" out at you when you're shopping curvy divas , do you purchase it?   Or do you try it on, think about it and then go back to get it?  I have to get it!  Once I take it off the rack, try it on in the fitting room and it "speaks" to me....well, it's a must have! My recent post, "Love or Leave It?" about that pink and white Jennifer Lopez color block dress... I didn't leave it and I do LOVE it!  I decided that I would wear it to Christmas dinner at my oldest daughter's house.   I just didn't know what to pair it with because not only was it cold in Orlando that day , it has a white top, supposed I spilled something on it; and I'm not feeling particularly "thin" at the moment, so I didn't want to have a "puffy" look in the dress! You've seen the advertisements and you do know that Jennifer Lopez' designs are now at Kohl's right? Well, I've been eyeing this sweater for ages, and when I saw it marked down, plus my 20% off coupon curvy divas , I had to have it!  And you won't believe me when I tell you this....guess what size it is? A size Medium!!!  Her label I wore it to work with a dark bronzed tank and black trousers!  Although I'm wearing it in this shot, with just the top part buttoned, It does button all the way, and it is not tight!  Now, some of the regular sized divas might ask, well if a medium fits you (me) then what would I wear?  Well, to that I say, go in and try on a size that you think will fit, and find your right size! I don't know about this curvy divas ?!  I saw this on my FB page from one of the personalities I follow, XL106.7 - iHeart Radio.   Leggings for men, called Meggings ?!!! !   Ummm, NO! I understand that men might need to wear clothing that keeps them in place (I'm just saying!) and athletes do wear tights, athletics tights, and I'm fine with that; but these are not those, these are actually leggings with cut-outs in them!!  I don't think my hubby will go for it, neither will most men....at least, they won't, will they? Well curvy fashionistas , what are your thoughts on this fashion statement? Did you know it exists?   Well, if you read my blog, and you scroll along my side tabs, you should by now!  I love watching it. Did you know that this year's color, the Year 2012, was Tangerine curvy divas?  Yep! That is why there were so many hues in the shades of Tangerine, from Orange to Coral!  The many hues of this color, c'est magnifique! My hubby keeps referring to what he wants to do for the Christmas  "Bling Out" - Jamaican style - which is what us Jamaicans refers to when we want to put on our best style , especially jewelry, so as to look our "sharpest" for the holiday season! I've mentioned before that my style is very eclectic. I dance to the beat of a different drummer (to coin a phrase), at least in my head I do! Recently I wore this outfit and really liked it despite the colors and the fact that I didn't wear a different handbag with my boots which are snake print! :-)  How about you curvy divas, have you done that before, mixed your prints?
