Curvy Looks: Want Comouflage - Hello Jumpsuit

Have you ever had this fashionable moment curvy divas? Visualize yourself in a great style-look but the fit is a problem because of how it looks on you.  As you know there are those days when you feel "fat" and nothing looks good enough! Well, what could be a better camouflage for those "What am I going to wear?" moments than a pair of jumpsuit!

The look and cut of the jumpsuit is styled to fit us in all the right places. It will cover problem areas and make you feel great about your looks.

Remember I shared my recent find in a Love it or Leave it article?

I haven't worn this JLO design yet but plan to soon.  My waist is one of my problem areas and whenever I dress, I do so with care so that I have a better style look.  This jumpsuit gives the illusion of a smaller waist. The Palazzo design of the pants gives a leaner look.
A recent article on whowhatwear.com showcased jumpsuits in different styles and showed how they are the best answer to many a fashion woe.  The writer, Jessica Schiffer, a young 24 year old (she shared that information) said (not verbatim) that the reason why she loves jumpsuits as much as she does is for the comfort and it is a very forgiving style. No matter how she feels about her body in that moment, wearing a jumpsuit is one of the best options for her.  "It is more forgiving than a pair of denim or miniskirt would be".  I couldn't agree with her more!

Check out this Zara jumpsuit for its relaxed and comfortable fit:

Or this Asos Jumpsuit for a more dressed up look.  This would be an elegant attire for dinner or any after 5pm event.

No matter your style or shape, adding a pair of jumpsuit to your wardrobe is a great fashionable choice.  Follow this link for more jumpsuit styling and read the full article written by Jessica on whowhatwear.com.

Backstage at OIFW Model Casting Call

On Saturday, yesterday in fact, I had the pleasure of attending a casting call for models , an event organized and hosted by Fierce Entertainment Management for their upcoming Orlando International Fashion Week, November  2-8, 2014 . Attendees at the event were welcomed by Fierce Entertainment's, Rob Henlon who then handed the program over to the vivacious Kristania Vielot who instructed the aspiring models for their walk down the runway, strutting their stuff for the designers and other members of the Fierce team. As the models strutted to the sound of the music-mix pumping, guests sipped and ate refreshments that were provided.   Before they walked the impromptu runway, I had a little  tête-à-tête   with three of the young models, Logan-9, Ashley-6 and Aiden-4,  beautiful, cute, and adorable , (who won't want me to call them that, but I am because they were) whose future will lead them to become what they dream of!   ...

Window Shopping Part Deux - What I Chose

As you know from my last article , I went shopping for swimsuit with my teen Mandi and ended up doing the same for myself. After all, I was in need of a new bathing suit. My last purchase for one was from Target eight years ago! And also during that time, I was the lucky recipient of two new suits from my BSFFL (Best Sister Friend For Life) who visited from Europe! So Those have lasted quite a long time!
