Live, Love, Laugh on this Memorial Day

Today marks the unofficial start of summer dear readers. However, It is most important to remember that it is Memorial Day. A day to honor the memories of those who have served and died for all of us to live free here in the USA.

Some may choose to gather around with family, friends and other loved ones and partake in activities in their own ways to honor these memories. It is also a time when many of us will take the time to just stay low and hang at home doing projects, and catching up on lost times with those we love!

Whatever it is you do, be happy and be safe! God bless the men and women who have, and who continue to serve our great country!

A Re-post: Red Carpet Reviews - 2013 American Music Awards

Another post of mine that was a write up for Orlando Fashion Week Magazine. It was published there previously. Tis the season for brides, in fact, it really is ANY season that a bride to be chooses to get married. However many weddings take place from Spring to Summer. It must be something about the warm weather coming back, and flowers blooming with that scent in the air...could it be romance?! Fashionistas - What's in a Word

You have heard this word before curvy divas , "Fashionistas"? When it comes to anything to do with fashion and being fashionable, I am sure you have! Do you know who coined the word and how it came about? Well, first of all I didn't even realized that there was a story to the word, much less it being "coined" by any one particular person! I just thought it was one of those words that came about and became popular because of its usage and in reference to anything fashion!
