Love it or Leave it: Which Look is better?

Tomorrow, or make that later today I will be going behind the scenes at a model casting call for an upcoming event. It will be for Orlando International Fashion Week in November. I will share more details later curvy divas. For now, I was looking for something to wear that will not only be stylish, but comfortable too. Is there such a thing in fashion? Sure! Leggings (and maxis) are always my go to for comfortable styling.

I went shopping in my closet and found this pleather or faux leather top. I decided to try the top on with both a black legging and a print one but couldn't decide which look was better. Now, ignore the messy hair, and I'm not even going to crop or clean up the look of the photos.

Option 1 is the pleather top with print leggings and ankle boots.

Option 2 is the top with black leggings and my neon Mossimo chucks.

So far I have two votes, my youngest, Amanda and (her dad) my hubby, both love Option 1. I'm still on the fence because I don't want to look too over the top. What do you think?

Fashionistas - What's in a Word

You have heard this word before curvy divas , "Fashionistas"? When it comes to anything to do with fashion and being fashionable, I am sure you have! Do you know who coined the word and how it came about? Well, first of all I didn't even realized that there was a story to the word, much less it being "coined" by any one particular person! Tis the season for brides, in fact, it really is ANY season that a bride to be chooses to get married. However many weddings take place from Spring to Summer. It must be something about the warm weather coming back, and flowers blooming with that scent in the air...could it be romance?!
