There’s a smorgasbord of makeup choices available for women: face, lips, eyes, nails — what’s a curvy girl to do? We want to know what to wear and how to wear it. As a curvy woman, my three makeup rules are moisturize, use under-eye concealer, and, whatever I use, blend, blend, blend!

A Re-post: Red Carpet Reviews - 2013 American Music Awards

Another post of mine that was a write up for Orlando Fashion Week Magazine. It was published there previously. If you missed it, I'm sharing it again here on my blog for the first time, with some edits for relevance of course curvy divas. A writer's work is never done! Tis the season for brides, in fact, it really is ANY season that a bride to be chooses to get married. However many weddings take place from Spring to Summer. It must be something about the warm weather coming back, and flowers blooming with that scent in the air...could it be romance?! Fashionistas - What's in a Word

You have heard this word before curvy divas , "Fashionistas"? When it comes to anything to do with fashion and being fashionable, I am sure you have! Do you know who coined the word and how it came about? Well, first of all I didn't even realized that there was a story to the word, much less it being "coined" by any one particular person! I just thought it was one of those words that came about and became popular because of its usage and in reference to anything fashion! According to Elle.com's Culture News, in an article by Rebecca Moss , the word Fashionistas was first created by Stephen Fried.
