DOFW Magazine Week: Curvy Fashion Designers

One of the things I loved about working with DOFW was the diversity in the articles they featured. They were not afraid to acknowledge that curvy women love fashion too!

I enjoyed discovering new designers, one of whom I interviewed for the magazine, Lakisha Livingston-Brown, the reigning Mrs. San Diego 2013, who was also a plus size model! She started her own fashion line Z by Zevarra, and debut a new website in October 2013. Let me tell you, her designs are not for the feint of heart! You must be a confident and fierce woman to show off your curves in her bodycon designs like these.

You choose your outfit with care, down to the shoes you wear for that particular look. You put your makeup on, and now it's time for your hair.....why is it not looking its best?
