Fun & Whimsy with Domino Dollhouse

I love Domino Dollhouse!  Their fashions are on par with our fun thinking curvy divas!  I just love their sense of style for the larger size woman!

We don't want clothing that makes us look bulky, unattractive or fat! We want style with a bit of class and whimsy too!  At least, you can wear one or the other, depending on the occasion, but for the most part, a girl just want to have fun!!!

With that in mind, check out the fabulous fashion that are on sale at dominodollhouse.com!

You could wear this look to work, or dress it up for a bit more fun! Wear a belt, add, jewelry, a hat. You could also wear the skirt with a more sexier top for a night out!

Animal prints are always fun and I particularly like leopard print!  This had has that soft, fuzzy look that should be nice to wear when the weather changes from hot to cold!

Love, love, love this dress!  I would wear it with leggings, or even skinny jeans! You can wear it along for a night out too!

Do you see what I"m talking about?  Never forget curvy divas, just because we are not a size 0 or 6 doesn't mean we can't look good in what we wear!

Backstage at OIFW Model Casting Call

On Saturday, yesterday in fact, I had the pleasure of attending a casting call for models , an event organized and hosted by Fierce Entertainment Management for their upcoming Orlando International Fashion Week, November  2-8, 2014 . Attendees at the event were welcomed by Fierce Entertainment's, Rob Henlon who then handed the program over to the vivacious Kristania Vielot who instructed the aspiring models for their walk down the runway, strutting their stuff for the designers and other members of the Fierce team. As the models strutted to the sound of the music-mix pumping, guests sipped and ate refreshments that were provided.   Before they walked the impromptu runway, I had a little  tête-à-tête   with three of the young models, Logan-9, Ashley-6 and Aiden-4,  beautiful, cute, and adorable , (who won't want me to call them that, but I am because they were) whose future will lead them to become what they dream of!   ...

Window Shopping Part Deux - What I Chose

As you know from my last article , I went shopping for swimsuit with my teen Mandi and ended up doing the same for myself. After all, I was in need of a new bathing suit. My last purchase for one was from Target eight years ago! And also during that time, I was the lucky recipient of two new suits from my BSFFL (Best Sister Friend For Life) who visited from Europe! So Those have lasted quite a long time!

Day 5: Week of Photo Blogging: Hats

Well curvy divas , this is Day 5 of our little blog-speriment!  Today's photo blogging feature are one of my favorite accessories, hats!   I got the tip from one of my favorite stylist maven, Rachel Zoe, from  http://www.thezoereport.com/kentucky-derby-hats/ !  My favorite hat, the blue striped one, is not available anymore.   Photos of hats posted below with direct links to the website they are found.
