Bobby Pins and how to wear them

Guess what curvy divas? If when using bobby pins in your hair, you don't have the groovy/wavy side down on your scalp and the straight side up, you (and I) have been doing it wrong all these years!!! What?! Even as I wore bobby pins in my hair today, I have them in wrong!lol!

One of my favorite makeup and beauty go to magazines, Allure, Beauty Report Renee Trilivas on allure.com shared tips that she learned on the proper way to wear and use them! How ingenious and I feel like an idiot...almost!

Fashionistas - What's in a Word

You have heard this word before curvy divas , "Fashionistas"? When it comes to anything to do with fashion and being fashionable, I am sure you have! Do you know who coined the word and how it came about? Well, first of all I didn't even realized that there was a story to the word, much less it being "coined" by any one particular person! I just thought it was one of those words that came about and became popular because of its usage and in reference to anything fashion!
