Found: "Chucks" - Mossimo's Neon Hightop Sneakers

A year ago when I saw these neon-colored Betsey Johnson chucks on fabfitfun.com, I fell in love with them immediately! I love Betsey Johnson's style and I also love bright colors and thought these sneakers were so cool and pinned them to my Shoegasm board on Pinterest.

In the article on FabFitFun where they were featured, they said that we (me and you curvy stylista), could wear them during the Fall as well.  Neons don't have to be only for summer, and I totally agree.   Fast-forward a year later - I found my pair at a consignment/thrift shop and immediately grabbed them up. The good thing for me was, they were brand new!  They were not from Betsey Johnson, they were from Mossimo, another brand that I love to wear, how perfect!

I got the chance to prove FabFitFun right and wore my neon high-tops on one of our cooler days here in Orlando recently.





They are comfortable and stylish, and not too "young" even for me...what do you think?

Vintage Vogue

In March of 2012 before I decided to create this blog, I shared my love for Vogue magazine on my d-foreverserenity blog with the article I am super-imposing below. I have this "thing" for magazines. I won't say obsession...I love the glossy pages, the colors, and usually read them from cover to cover....! I had so many magazines piled up, I had to get rid of them...and yes, regretted it the minute I did! Anyway, I'm so glad there are online choices now!!!! Takes up less place in my bedroom!lol!
