At the 2012 award show, Christina Aguilera was beautiful in all her curvyness in a Pamella Roland dress, unfortunately, she went overboard on the suntan lotion.  Last year, she showed off a much leaner physique in a white Maria Lucia Hohan cut-out dress with a high split on the side.  Her shoes were Christian Louboutin peep-toe and I loved her pave jewelry. 10 Fashion Faux Pas to Avoid

Have you ever made some weird mistakes when dressing yourself curvy divas ? You know, those little fashion faux pas that really aren't a big deal but somehow they are?! I've seen people wearing socks with sneakers. ..I've never done that one, but I can understand why some people do it. Well, sometimes the dust and dirt gets into your footwear, or dries out your skin so wearing socks with sandals is a must....um, maybe NOT!!!lol! I've had visible panty line without realizing it. Sometimes it is just too late to change my outfit and so I just roll with the best of them!   A quick recover is to wear a long cardigan, or jacket (which I do), or just wrap your shirt around your waist to cover your assets...which might just be an even bigger faux pas! ~ chagrin ~ In their Beauty & Style feature on sheknows.com , they featured The Top Fashion Faux-pas ! Day Two: Curvy Finds: Thrift Shopping Awesome

I love thrifting, do you? I have not stopped by our local Goodwill in a while and decided to go browse , just to see what I could find. You know what I love about thrifting at Goodwill? Their color theme discount.   If you happen to purchase clothing items and the tag is the color of the day, you get it at half price! A J.Jill Striped dress, a score on special discount! Now normally, I rarely ever get in on that discount . But it's thrifting, and they give student discount, whose complaining?   Not me!  I am really looking for certain items which I will share at another write up, however, I went in with an open mind and a promise not to walk out with too much stuff . I'm infamous for going in for "one item" and walking out with let's just say more than one!
