Manstyle on Pinterest

As fashionistas curvy divas, we can't only be interested in fashion just for us. We have to be interested in fashion for men as well! In this episode of fashion for men chronicles, (I just created that!lol!) we will look at some of  the trends in fashion for men over at Pinterest!  Some of us do have men in our lives, and even for those who don't, there might just be a passing interest to tickle our fancy!

Not yet....you're missing out!  As a curvy diva with the most fashion-kindred spirit, well, you have just got to go over there, pinterest.com, and sign up!  My newest board is named Manstyle, you got it, fashion for the men out there!

Found: The TShirt Dress

I found myself at the Mall of Millenia, a high-end mall the other day, Amanda and I went on a little adventure at which I was very excited. This mall is a bit farther away from us so we don't get there as often. It was about time I visited H&M...oh my love for that store has increased!!!  While I was there, I wanted to grab a handful of clothing and run to the fitting room, but I had a hard time finding my size.  Where were the larger sizes for us curvy girls??!!  I thought there was a sectioned for plus size-didn't see if one and couldn't find sizes for me. Window Shopping Part Deux - What I Chose

As you know from my last article , I went shopping for swimsuit with my teen Mandi and ended up doing the same for myself. After all, I was in need of a new bathing suit. My last purchase for one was from Target eight years ago! And also during that time, I was the lucky recipient of two new suits from my BSFFL (Best Sister Friend For Life) who visited from Europe! So Those have lasted quite a long time!

Fashionistas - What's in a Word

You have heard this word before curvy divas , "Fashionistas"?  When it comes to anything to do with fashion and being fashionable, I am sure you have!  Do you know who coined the word and how it came about?  Well, first of all I didn't even realized that there was a story to the word, much less it being "coined" by any one particular person!  I just thought it was one of those words that came about and became popular because of its usage and in reference to anything fashion! According to Elle.com's Culture News, in an article by Rebecca Moss , the word Fashionistas was first created by Stephen Fried.
